Robert Toohey

I live in the Puget Sound with Susan Toohey, my wife of 46 years . We have five children and six( soon to be 7 on Nov 17, 2019) grandchildren. I moved from Ft. Dodge to Reno, NV during my Junior year in the fall of 1969. Moved one year later to Alabama where I lived and raised my family until 2000. I've been in the Puget Sound area here ever since -loving it. I write in my spare time and have a blog @ bobtoohey.com. Active mountaineering, road biking, and long-distance runner.(Won my age group in Eugene Marathon 2018, ran the Boston Marathon 2019)

Many students were protesting the firing of one of our favorite teachers. I lived right across the street--my mom saw me with the "demonstrators", grabbed me from the picket lines by my ear and marched me straight home. So much for my first attempt at anarchy! More would follow :)
